CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENTS POLICIES FOR GROUP & AGENCIES

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

For cancellations 60 days prior to arrival will be charged only 20 % of the total reservation amount.
For cancellations between 59-17 days prior to arrival will be charged 50 % of the total reservation amount.
For cancellations between 15-1 days prior to arrival will be charged 100 % of the total reservation amount.
No-shows, will be charged 100 % of the total reservation amount.

PAYMENTS POLICY:

20% of the total reservation amount, have to be paid at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation.
30% of the total reservation amount, have to be paid 60 days before the arrival date.
50% of the total reservation amount, have to be paid 16 days before the arrival date.
